Key reaction time

Hello, as a southamerican player I have no choice but to play with around 200 ping in the NA servers. When I'm making a combo, I'm always forced to "spam" the skill key in order to cast it as fast as possible. But my question is: is it better to spam the key, or to hold it? And by better I mean which option should make my character make the next move faster?

Are you using a ping tunneling program like wtfast? If not that should help.

ping depends mainly on

1) internet provider and the speed you bought

2) cable/wifi (wifi adds to ping)

3) windows settings (google leatric latency fix i.e.)
