master pack refund etc

Cause of ip block i had a refund of my master pack like month ago and got my money back to ccard. Several days ago tried to log in with proxy and i got acsess to game and i realised i have all my stuff on account- coins and and master pack, so i played for few days , activated my pack and so on. Before that i made a tiket to support but it has no answer for 3+ days. I dont rly care cause verifiing different ips to email everytime is bothering me and ping i quite bad for playin kfm, just wonder wrf is all that means? ^)
