Unable to Connect to NA Region?

I can connect fine and get through character creation using the EU Region but I can't do diddly shit on the NA Region.

Every time I try I get stuck right after the PIN input with this error: Disconnected from server.(2000)(132,10060)

 

Anyone else having problems connecting to the NA Region?
