Portal/Dungeon disconnection.

it happens at random but its gotten to the point where it is very frequent. when I enter a portal that either leads to a new area or dungeon the loading screen comes up and then soon after a disconnection box shows up and then the game closes down.

Is n e one else having this issue or found a solution?
