Wheel of Fortune

I cannot activate the wheel of fortune upon pressing F. I have even relogged to try and fix it; however it did not work. I was able to use it a few times today until multiple people pressed it at the same time as me, then it stopped working.

I'm having this issue as well at the Lilystalk Tradepost Lycan wheels. Tried full relog and changing channels. There's no one else here using them, lol.
