can someon higher up than support help me out?

my original problem was the client never loading up. launcher would come up, id put my login info in, and then the client would never open up. it would show up in the task manager, but nothing would ever happen. keep in mind ive paid 125$ for the founders and have YET, SINCE THE HEAD START STARTED, to successfully run the client and create a character. i cant even be pissed about the queue times, because i havent even gotten to experience them yet!!!followed up with....enough with the copy paste bullshit and *cricket*ing elevate this past your useless support team. when can i expect someone without a script to take me seriously and help me out?

This started occuring to me after my game crashed the other day. I could login and I'd see the .exe in task manager. File repair did not work or any of my other troubleshooting. I ended up having to uninstall and redownload the game which fixed my issue. Sorry if you already attempted this but it was my fix to the problem
