Hi, I have strange question. Probably it's easy but I can't figure that out:

I get very annoying message from NcSoft in my chat about receiving the Master pack items. It pops up like every 5 mins.

I have a Char Alteration ticket in my mail but i can't delete it from my mailbox and i don't wan't to use it yet.

Do any of you know how to disable that??
