Profile Signature seting error

the Forums Signature Has Restrictions of (Images up to 500 x 120 pixels) this part seem OK for sigs , but the (Maximum of 3 lines ) this line settings don't work with image size restriction,  I tried to put images  that is 400px X 100px and only 30.38k in size  but won't let me use. get error Your chosen signature does not meet the guidelines.
