Frames dropping, need some help.

My frames stutter from 60 to 55ish when standing still and running around but when I'm fighting mobs or for some reason come near fire in a dungeon my frames drop to around 20.

Specs: 

 Intel i7-6700 HQ quad

Memory- 8GB dual channel DDR4

Chipset-  intel@HM170

Video Card- Nvidia Gefore GTX 970M 3GB GDDR5

i don't know much of anything about computers so sorry if I listed something not relevant. I run everything at around 4.

change on the settings fps rate- 60-80. and if not update your graphic driver.
