Guild Name Cooldown ?

I recently disbanded my guild to move it to a different server. I had a friend of mine rapidly clicking the Confirm for our guild name on the new server and it's been 30-45 minutes but it still says the name is taken. I'm just wondering how long it'll take for the name to become available again, I don't want someone to end up taking it or having to sit here for hours clicking and waiting for it to be available..

It was pretty much instantly in JP. Guess it's not, here.

I remade mine once, and mine was also taken immediately afterwards. I had to use an alt code to get the name on my server. My original name is still taken, so we just stuck with the alt-coded name,

Once you use a guild name when it is deleted it CANNOT be used again. No one took it :P
