questions about character transfer from mushin

I just noticed that it is possible now to transfer founder's pack items to a new char in another server. I'm just wondering, does this include the costume and dragon pouches I've already used. If someone has already completed this service, please let me know. 

 

P.S.: it's a great game, although it has been a long wait, I think it is worth it.
