Ncsoft how to fixed problem?, when i playing few min.. game crash and close the launcher automaticaly and apear windows.

my question is how to fixed,  because  BETA never see before this error and i up lvl 40 on there.

now is realy bad maybe every 5 to 6 min playing  game crash

I too got a crash of similar nature for seemingly no reason about 20min ago.

 

Played normally for hours, turned in a random normal quest, screen froze, suddenly crash.

 

And if it matters, I've kept myself on Windows 7.

my PC  is Windows 10 Pro 64Bit, 32gb Ram  5Ghz procesor AMD with cooling system  dont know why that problem persist. is not aseptable

Hey, I had this error too. Then I created a new character and the game ran smoothly again. But after reaching chapter 4 the error happened again.

i fixed problem

click and follow direction ...  if u have a RAZER keyboard /Mouse  u need desactivated on Task Manager Some STEP

Hey Unrealpr, thanks for your research on the topic, but I don't have a Razor mouse or any other Razor accessories. Any idea what could be causing it on a more basic level?

i ear if you have  ASUS Game FIrst , this application cause a error on BnS.  uninstall if u have  and test

So I had both Razer Chroma, and Asus Game First. I uninstalled both and I'm still getting the same error message. Ive tried everything in this thread and nothing....

My problem is unreachable market in Dragon Trader options Even reinstall (   2X   !   )    doesn't help

Allways same information like before quest in Jadestone Village 

But after other users informations about bug's n problems im starting to think is lessest problem :D

I have none of these and getting random crashes 1min. to 1hour ingame. But only ingame, not characterscreen or something.

It startet right after the 27th patch. Before that everything worked perfectly.

I also noticed that since patch every time i accepting a Quest the Game freezes for like half a second, also if i loot stuff from mobs or sometimes the character stops sprinting for no reason.

I tried different Graphic settings but it doesnt helped.

Log in to the Game with Razer Chroma SDK enabled.

after your enter the game

Disable Razer Chroma SDK.

 

thats the way i do it. and it works fine. played yesterday about 14 hrs without logging out

Peeps, no need for all this ^^ Launch B&S > At character selection go into Settings > Camera > Disable 'use Chroma Keyboard'.

 

It is indeed the Chroma Keyboard feature that is causing you all problems, you don't need to have a Chroma of any kind for it to do it as well, the game is rolling through data in your computer while that is activated, and seems to think something is wrong since he can't find a Chroma, or when he does he can't fit what he wants where he wants.

 

Hope this helps, it's easy, and it works.

if u have a CHROMA keyboad  you have a trouble for play because game crash every random time.  StaticBreed have solution is a simple  just go to Setting Lobby or inside Game then first TAB u see a CAMERA , down there u need remove checkmark on the CHROMA KEYBOARD box. its work for me   hope for for other.

after few play  game still crash and close the launcher  i try any solution but still fail after playing i not sure what cause conflict or why crash on windows 10 Pro 64bit.. when start all good after few min or pass to gate game close that suck , i close eyeinfinity, erase Razer driver, format my pc for clean isntall and allway problem persist ...

finally  i RESOLVE my ISSUE error  to close game when playing.  The main problem is  RAM, my particular problem well i got 32gb ddr3 Ram for somerason game when few min playing crash and open windows error , i test too many and try to find anydriver option and anything  fail not work last i format and still crash game well this time i take a RAM 4 DIM on my motherboard and take out  and change position DIMM  for example  Dimm 1  i put memory soket Dimm 4 and dimm 2 to the Dimm 3 , ect..   this little change fixed ALL trouble on scraching game and can play with out any error on the game use back Eyeinfinity and full graphics and still working so i resolve my trouble  hope fixed you guys .

I am having this same issue. The only difference is that this is my first install. I haven't play the game at all. I don't have any Razer or Asus gear at all. I installed everything and when I try to launch BnS I get the same error. I have tried to repair the client multiple times with no luck. This is a freshly built PC. I just built it a couple days ago. I don't know if the issue with Razer and Asus extends to Msi, because I do have a lot of Msi drivers for my motherboard and gpu.

 

Specs:

Amd Fx-8350

Msi R9 390x

Msi 970 Motherboard

8gb ram

 

Update: I closed a lot of the Msi programs that were running and it launched. I would assume that this means it has a problem with Msi as well.

OK What about those getting a ingame crash mins. into the game that dont have or use ANY Razor products??? I'll play for a few 30mins top or instantly will get a Game crash my monitors will go full green or black and forced to do a hard restart to even get it back on. I updated all my drivers and hardware. I have done the file repair even uninstalled the game and reinstalled and nothing is working!
