Still cannot upgrade to Master Tier.

After submitting a ticket about me and my gf not being able to upgrade our packs.

Digital Rivers is the company that does most of the payment stuff for NCsoft games. I am not sure why they can't be asked to manually allow a payment through like other game services or at least an option to provide whatever details they need to verify that we are who we are.
