Did they fix the recipes to drop in Lycan dungeon?

I remember it was bugged and dropped at a ridiculously low rate in brightstone ruins, was this fixed to drop in Lycan like it's suppose to ?

It was never supposed to drop in Lycan afaik.

It is, every guide from the foreign versions says it drops in lycan, I've even gotten it from the chinese servers

Before the level 50 content  they used to drop at lycian but when level 50 came they change to brightstone perhaps they should fix it.

Yeah I remember brightstone a few dozen times in CBT, and never saw the recipe drop.... it was torture.

Seen it drop in brightstone ruins a few times, people bidding 10gs+ on it. Better bring your wallet!
