Game crash in cave of mastery

Im stuck in the chapter 16 quest. I have the gamecrash problem almost in every instance/cave/etc. But in the 2nd and 3rd attemp i can enter but in this cave i have 12 tries and nothing the load bar fills about 10-15% and a windows of crash report.
