Game Crashes after 5-10 mins of gameplay while streaming.

game crashes after 5-10mins of gameplay while streaming my cpu jumps to 95% and crashes or freezes game especially on cutscenes i streamed on taiwan servers and never had this problem worked fine and now with the na version i get disconnected all the time from game while streaming and not streaming. Please fix the problem i love the game hoping i can enjoy playing it. also tried all major streaming sites like xsplit and obs but when i start streaming the na version of blade and soul i crash.
