Error while trying to download launcher.

So everytime I get to the "install" part on the BnS download wizard I get an error saying "system cannot find the correct path" I've tried everything I know of, nothing worked please help. (main reason I bought Founder's Pack was for the headstart and I haven't been able to play :( )
