Does signature xp boost pack stack with premium membership xp boost?

I am 90% certain it does, but I have not tried it out, I would be interested to hear someone else who has tried it, but IIRC I saw somewhere that it should.  But I drink a lot so that may have been a dream.

 

Restrictions are usually listed on the item so that is why I am 90% sure

If you mean does the premium membership get stack, then yes.

From Duelist pack:       Traditional Hongmoon Dragon Soup (x10) (gives combat XP), I think that's what he is referring to

yeah, and if you use one right after another, the time doesn't stack either xD 
so meaning, you would waste one xp boost.

Just thought I would throw out a quick update, buddy of mine tried and I bought and verified, but the dragon soup does give 100% increase to base XP from combat, and the premium gives its additional xp.  (22xp as premium member no buff, and 41xp after eating da soup)
