Master founders pack not treated as premium member in queue?

This is the first day I've had time to play headstart and upon logging into 1 of my characters I'm in a queue, that's fine... But then while I'm waiting the number of premium members increases like I'm being pushed to the back? Is the queue just worded badly and it's saying that's the total premium members queuing instead of my place in the queue?
