Delay in combat, ping problem?

I have  slight delays in combat only. Ping to Frankfurt is around 40-50 but when I test using this method (http://imgur.com/a/OvHdw) its 180, 120, 90, 50 from top. I play on Starfall Crater server.
I'm running the game on i5-4460 and MSI R9 380 OC and win7. On max settings I have almost constant 100+ fps and around 60-70 in heavily populated areas so I think it's not hardware problem.
Everything was perfect through all CBT. Could the problem be on NCSoft end?

Are you playing on a laptop or desktop? What brand is it also?

man your not by your self it started with the new update they had my computer stays at 80fps max Graphics it can handle the game but ones that update hit BOOM skill delay and the game is unplayable tell they fix it i can play cuz i can do what i wanna do i cant solo the bosses cuz its impossible now

I don't know why it should be desktop problem but I play on Samsung LED 22.

 

Also, I found the fix. I installed WTFast and everything runs perfectly. It shows 80-120 ping without it and 30-50 with WTFast. Everything is super smooth now like when I played in CBT so I think their serveres are just overloaded.

I know there are issues with Asus computers and there is a fix that usually helps. Glad WTFast helped you out though. I'll link the post to help others.
