Help! My premium points didn't increased at all

When I bought Viridian potion x10 on first day headstart so did my rank points go up by 400, but when I bought my outfits today the premium points didn't increased at all. 

Shouldn't it increased as well or is it just server problem?

I experienced the same problem, going to the character screen and then re-joining the server solved the issue for me. I don't know why it doesn't automatically update itself.

Mine aren't showing up from the founder's pack.

If your premium points aren't showing up from the founders pack:

• please note that the points received from the founder pack automatically convert into Rank 2, Rank 3, or Rank 4 depending on which pack you purchased and how many points are given from that pack

 

To check that you have received you premium points: 

• Go to the bottom of the Hongmoon store and it should be Rank 2, Rank 3, or Rank 4 

 

If not, make sure you have your founder titles (which means you've applied your founder pack codes) - if you don't have your founder titles, please make sure you've applied your pack codes.

 

Otherwise contact support, because you are missing an item from your founders pack.

Yeah but seriously I wouldn't like to relog just for that haha, since login queue is long. 

No problem I got it all solved,  Ichecked it out a while ago.
