Cannot upgrade to Master Pack

Me and my boyfriend are having trouble upgrading to the Master pack. We are consistently getting Authentication Error when trying to use a credit card, using Paypal the error pops up but tells us something along the lines of "there was an error on our side, please try again in a few minutes", we have tried both of our paypal accounts and different credit cards and it doesn't change. He finally got one through after 20 or so attempts but then gets an email stating that the transaction is pending. We have called out banks to try and see if the problem was at the banks end and it was not, the pending transaction is schedule to be charged as usual.

Same here, trying to upgrade with paypal.
