I really not understand : " Refund any NCoin spent on purchased items (except gifted items and Premium Membership, which is account-wide) " because I was Purchase (365 premium membership Packs:365 Day+1,000 Hongmoon + Sliver Dragon outfit ). I confused Will I got all NCoin Refund or I will Keep Premium + Hongmoon and Transfer Dragon Outfit to my New Character on the other sever ?
