Latest Update Not Loading Client for Windows 8 and 10

The latest update to the Blade & Soul client for Windows 8 and 10 is causing users from starting the game. We are working on fixing the issue and will be updating this thread when the issue has been resolved.

A hotfix has now been deployed to address the recent Windows 8 and 10 client error. You will be prompted to update when launching the Blade & Soul client.

 

If you receive an error when patching, open Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and end any Blade & Soul clients currently running or restart your computer.
