SOMEONE HELP PLZ....i cant launch the game

so i download the BnS_Lite_Installer. i install all the things. And after the installation i tried to launch the game. It doesn't work. there is no responses. I contact the tech support. They asked me to do DxDiag and hijackthis. they said run the launcher in the fold and i tried. It still doesn't work.  Can someone suggest anything that would help?
