Launcher problems

So it seems everyone on windows 10 and 8.1 are having the issue with the game not starting. Now i'm in the same situation but i think i know why. In the launcher under the settings tab it says my install directory is C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest\NCLauncher\Download yet that folder is empty and the real place where i installed the game and where all the files are is D:\BNS. There seems to be no way for me to change the folder where the game is looking for files so it can't properly launch the game as it's trying to run an empty folder.....

 

Any ideas?

Pretty much the same problem as me. I start the game up with the icon, I log in then it verifies the game. I played perfectly fine yesterday. Now all of a sudden nothing happens.

Having the exact same issue. Played just fine yesterday. And today I click play but the game doesnt launch. It does appear in taskmanager.
