I also am experiencing this issue after updating my client, all i have is the blank ncsoft  box and the game isn't loading, no splash screen or anything. Although it says its running with using less than 20mb of my ram.  So much sadness...I want to get in game.

I patched at 8:43PM CDT, and it is now 1:16AM CDT....so 4.5 hours and counting....

 

Even there twitter post says 4hr+

This headstart/launch has actually been way better than some other MMO headstart/launches I have experienced.
 Still frustrating that we don't get to play but at least they're acknowledging and updating us about the status.

My time to game is now, staying up late too.  Family outings over the next two days, and then head start is pretty much moot.  :(
