Membership queue bugged

I have membership I bought off the shop, however, my membership does not light up in gold in the top left hand corner (hour glass plus star).  Therefore I think my queue is bugged and it is putting me in non membership queue.  Affected character is Alesa Lyra on Mushin server.  I realize the queues there are already bad, but I still believe there is a bug.  The reason I think this is because my other character on Pohanon server does have the gold in the top left, but not the character on Mushin.  Please look into this bug.  Is it a bug?  Or is the membership bought in the cash shop not account wide?
