Runtime Error!

Okay, I just finished downloading Blade And Soul and when I finally get logged in I get to the cinematic and it gives me this error...

 

"Runtime Error!

 

Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\BnS\bin\Client.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application's support team for more information. "

 

I looked at some suggestion to how to fix this issue and one suggestion was to complete delete the C++ and redownload it. So after deleting and reinstalling it I still have the same error..

If anyone would know how to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
