Clan Name, and Creation Glitchy

Hey, Im trying to create a clan, and is 4 letters to small?

 

As well I tried using The and Space before my name and it still didnt work.

 

I also tried disbanning to remake and the same name cant be used again even though you disband it.

 

And supposed names that are used will say "Available" when typing it in. And its hard to check what names are an option...

I had to claim a name that I did not intend. Sigh, Im really not happy about this. Its a bit frustrating..
