Blackram South Anchor inaccessible.

Every time I try to access this area for the main quest Chapter 10 I dc. This happens with both my characters on two different servers. My wife has the same exact issue. Anyone having this issue and have you found a resolution?

I found a resolution. Enter the area by staying as close to the right hand wall as possible. You will load in successfully.

bless you. i had this error 1000 disconnect happen all the time and i was getting sad that i wont be able to progress further but this worked for me too.
