Is true support will transfer the items across servers as long as the characters are in the same region?

Just heard the custom support will transfer the items across servers as long as the characters are in the same region. Can someone send a ticket asking that? i don't need the transfer so if someone try that and it works answer here or create new topic ;)

I believe they will only transfer the founders pack Items for you. As of right now if you have not opened any of the founders pack pouches you can personally mail them to a new character on another server in the same region alongside the costumes. I believe they'll only transfer it for you if the pouches were already opened. As for costumes that can be mailed to any other character without needing a GM to do it for you.
