No NCSoft folder, please help.

My problem is this,

My C:\ drive, is only a 120GB ssd, currently full with only like ~3GB left, which isn't enough to download Blade and Soul onto.

 

But if I go to install it to any other drive, it doesn't create an NCSoft folder, which means I cannot continue with installation.

 

Anyone know a way around this?
