Initiate pack doesn't give premium or coins

So i saw lot posts about people complain how they bought the cheap pack because head start and can't login because queue, also lot of these people think/thought it came with premium but that is wrong. Premium points are points to increase the premium rank which unlocks benefits in-game. You can't do anything with them, can't sell, trade or buy. You just receive them when you buy things from cash shop. So maybe you think have premium but actually you don't, so you have huge queue.

Also if you wish buy premium you can do that at character select, 4th icon is lobby shop, you don't need enter a server to buy premium.
