I lost my founder's pack items?

I opened them on one character, but decided I didn't want to be a blade master, so I deleted him to use his name for my destroyer. Now all my founders items are gone.

 

I still have the mail, but I can't receive the items.

 

Anyone know what I can do here?

Yeah they were only one time claimable. You had to mail them to yourself.
