Can't pick up reward (next to exit)

Hi. I cannot pick up my reward as it fell next to a dungeon exit.

I tried to click alt and pick it up with the mouse but nothing happens.

Any solution? I know I'll lose it for this time, but maybe next time I will know what to do lol
