Trying to play with Head Start and the game disconnects me

I applied my Founder's Pack Code earlier today, downloaded Blade and Soul, logged in, and attempted to play the game.  I set up a P.I.N. number when I was prompted, and immediately after entering my P.I.N., I was disconnected from the game and given an error code "(2000) (132,10054)."  I've double and triple checked all of the troubleshooting tips on the Blade and Soul support pages and uninstalled/reinstalled the game several times, and this same thing keeps happening.  Is there anything else I missed that we're supposed to do besides applying the Founder's Code, or is there something wrong with the launcher that I need to fix?  Thanks for the help.


P.S. I cannot submit a ticket to Blade and Soul support right now for some reason either.  Clicking the "Submit a Ticket" button fades the button out and the page does not load, does not do anything, it just sits there being useless and I cannot click the button anymore.  So there's that as well.
