Skill tome stopped functioning?

I was moving to a new zone while having my skill tome open, making some adjustments when I pressed the +(plus) button that takes you to the dialog box asking for a training ticket expansion before it allows you to add a new page.

 

During this time I moved into a portal that gave a loading screen, and after I loaded into the new area, my skill tome stopped being responsive and basically has no interactive buttons now.

 

I tried changing channels and moving into another area to see if it would fix itself but it remains a non clickable fixture, while everything else in the UI seems to still be working fine.

 

I assume that my issue had something to do with the zone change because that was the only thing of notice that happened just before everything went wrong.

I'd also reset my game to see if it's still there but alas I am on Mushin currently.
