Can't connect to Jiwan server

Hello all.

 

I realise that not many of us have gotten an answer from NCSoft yet. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix the problem that I've been encountering. Without WTFast, when I launch the game it says the "Servers are currently undergoing maintenance. Please try again later." But with WTFast I am able to bypass that message and get into character selection screen. Despite this, clicking Start Game doesn't allow me to play as well. It says "Disconnected from server.(300)" and automatically exits from the client.

 

Does anyone else have the same issue and has anyone discovered a way to fix this?

 

Either way, this is a very poor standard of performance from NCSoft. A definite blow to their reputation.
