Missing Masters Pack Founders Items.

I dont any of my founders pack items. I received them fine in the beta, but now with the 3 day headstart it doesnt show in any of my characters. Other than the 7200 NCoin and the 2 name reservation,

Im missing everything else including:

90 day premium,  (I had to buy 90 days using the 7200 NCoin that was provided to me)

4 character titles,

48,800 Premium Points + Level 4,

the  Extended Booster Pack, 

2 Character Alteration Voucher, 

5 Extra Character Slot, 

Unique Head Accessory , 

Unique Weapon Skin ,

Unique Costumes.
