How to delete your character?

so after I type in Delete it just says standby for deletion after 5 minutes of waiting, how do i fix this?

You wait 6 minutes

Then it deletes

It just says Standby for deletion the character slot didnt get emptied

Since there's a queue for getting into the game, there's a long delay for deleting your character.

thats not true, i just deleted and remade mine twice.

For me, I sat and waited the 5 minutes it requires to delete my character - but it never actually went through until I clicked off the character or went to a different screen
