Can you PvP with a friend cross server

My current character is on mushin and my friends doesn't want to play on mushin, can we PvP together (or against) if we aren't on the same server?

You are able to PvP each other, but you won't choose when. There's a PvP Arena Lobby that you can join. However, you can't choose your opponents.

Can we do 3v3?

Yup. The PvP Arena will allow you to do a 3v3 or a 1v1. For the 3v3, partners from both team are allowed to jump in and attack for a short period of time.
