Can't access NA servers

Im playing from europe and would like to play on the NA server Mushin, from what i understand its pretty crowded right now so im not expecting to get into the server anytime soon. However this server isnt even available on the server list for me nor is it available when i search for it.

Is that just due to it being crowded right now or am i not allowed to play on the NA servers?

Any helpful answer is appriciated! ^-^
