Stuck on a black screen before cinematics

just as the title says. sometimes it randomly just gets stuck on black screen and nothing happens. only way is to restart the game...Insert other media

This happened to me twice already. I've seen all the cutscene cinematics so when they start and I press ESC immediately.. it results in a blackscreen while the audio of the cinematic continues playing on the background.

 

Only fix for this is to restart your gameclient, as Flash mentioned above.

Same problem here, game crashes when you want to skip a cinematic, only way out is CTRL ALT DEL it and force close the game..
