Blade And Soul wont start Debugger

I keep getting a message after trying to launch it saying
"A debugger has been found running in your system. Please, unload it from memory and restart your program."

 

I've reinstalled it 2 times now, and also restarted my computer twice.. I don't know what else to do. And yes i do have the Founders Pack.

 

Please help, I'm really trying to play this game

Sounds like something you are running on start up. 

Depending on your Windows version you can unload things you don't want running. 

 

Win 10 it's on a tab in task manager, lower versions you can type msconfig and hit enter in a run box.
