Cutscene=black screen

As the title states... this needs to be fixed no one wants to go back into a wait que because of minor things like this. lol

Ok, so this issue has been happening on all my character so far. 

 

So far it only happened during the first cutscene in bamboo village that introduce Namsoyoo. If I press "esc" to skip the cutscene, screen goes black and I can still hear the background music/sound and pretty sure I can still move, but no matter what I do, the screen will stay black and I have to restart the game. 

 

The second time it happened, same cutscene on another character, I waited a bit before trying to skip the cutscene, but same thing happened.

 

Like OP said, its frustrating to go back in the queue because of a minor issue like this.
