Server transfer when?

Would be nice if we had the option already or knew when it would be coming out so we can just play other servers and then transfer to our friends on mushin later...

I have 1 year of premium.

But i wanted to play with a friend together.

But he doesn't have premium and gets in a infiniti loop queue.

I hope, I have a chance to transfer my chars to his server so we can play together.
Windrest is full and have also a queue of premiums above 500+ People.
