When I launch the blade and soul it does not even bring me into the game. The launcher says "logging in," but then it just says "Login Failed. Please try again in a few minutes (42)." It has been over two hours and the error still persists. Please help. Thanks.

I am having this issue as well. I did not have this problem this morning [2:00AM], but I tried to log in a few minutes ago, and I got:

Login failed. Please try again in a few minutes. (10)

Not sure why login failed or what the numbers in the parenthesis mean. I assume it means please try again in [10] minutes? But, I have tried re-loging after [10] minutes and same results. Requesting assistance with this.

Alright, let me update my issue with this by saying, I am a bloody idiot.

I tried logging in by entering what I thought was my username. You have to enter your email address. For some reason I forgot this. I entered my full email address as my username, and that got me in. Whoops.

I got this error after my power took a shit for a split second, while I was in Blackram Narrows. If it was a full power outage for more than a few minutes, fine. But it wasn't.

 

I slow-typed my password and still got this error. No clue if it's because my power went out during a dungeon run or not.

Please, guys, help me I have been getting this since yesterday and I couldn't play the game 
tho it was working normally but when I came back from work it takes time at logging in 
then this appears * "Login Failed" Please try again in few minute (42) *

I need your help guys .
