Initiate pack founders... Will we ever get in?

I CANNOT MAKE A NEW CHARACTER AS FOUNDER PACK ITEMS APPLY ONLY ONCE

 

You guys screwed up. If you had let us apply the items to any new character I would make a new one a heartbeat but my founder pack items are locked in my character on Mushin and even as a Master Pack buyer, my "premium" member queue time keeps increasing.

I'd like to play with my friends at Windrest but now we are all just waiting for the "30 minutes estimated time" when It's already 2 hours. Head Start is actually late start.

stop telling people to just transfer.  when what is written above is true.

I bought the headstart pack to play with friends on Mushin. I had no idea it would be over populated within hours since I never did a background check on all the servers before playing. Playing on a different server won't work since I want to play with friends, I can deal with a queue but I assumed I would be able to play at some point. I've been in line now for 7 hours. How is that fair to someone who paid for headstart access?

Personally I don't see why they didn't make the items account bound. This will eventually kick them in the @$$ if this doesn't get implemented.
