Black Screen Bug

I waited 30 min to get into the game, and when I finally can play it, it went into black screen after cutscene. now I have to wait another hour to log in the game, fix this shit !!

I also got black screen bug that forces me to restart pc. I had this issue on all versions of Blade and Soul, Korea NA etc. :| I hoped they would have fixed it by now but I guess not, and now I have to wait 25 mins just to play again because of queue... I heard putting game in non full screen is better but it annoys me I have to play in this mode and not fullscreen. :|
